The Texas Humane Legislation Network (THLN) is an advocacy organization focused on creating and passing humane animal welfare laws in Texas. Students aged 9 to 17 can join the Junior Advocate Program to learn how to change laws, meet legislators, and advocate for animals statewide. All ages can also volunteer as Educators or Social Media Ambassadors to help spread the mission.
