NEOWC offers the Junior Animal Caretaker Program for high school students (ages 14+). This is a structured, competitive program where teens get hands-on experience assisting with essential tasks like cleaning, food preparation, and basic animal husbandry. For students under 14, the Center provides summer camps, educational workshops, and family-based volunteer days focused on learning about wildlife rehabilitation.
