Humane Action Pennsylvania
Humane Pennsylvania (HPA) volunteers provide hands-on animal care (walking, socializing), support shelter operations (cleaning, admin, events, laundry), help with fundraising & adoption promotion, foster animals, and even work on advocacy/legislative efforts through the Humane Action Pennsylvania (HAP) Action Team by contacting reps, showing that they do everything from cuddling cats to influencing policy to save animals. They serve communities in Berks, Lancaster, and surrounding counties.
